  One monthly 60-minute session, in-person or remotely

This is the perfect option if you would like a regular nudge and on-going accountability to keep you on track. Plus more comprehensive exercise programming up-dates than the 30 minute option provides. A mid-month check-in helps keep you focused.
$60/session

  Two monthly 60-minute session, in-person or remotely

This option provides more regular exercise check-ins and up-dates, plus greater accountability and support to keep you on track. Plus more comprehensive exercise programming up-dates than the 30 minute option provides. An off-week check-in helps keep you focused.
$55/session

   Four monthly 60-minute session, in-person or remotely

This deluxe option provides the most comprehensive exercise and coaching support. We work hand-in-hand to keep you progressing quickly. Mid-week check-in helps keep you focused.
$50/session

We can start any time after you’ve completed the initial 6 or 12-week Move Your Groove program. Get in touch and we can discuss options.
